paddy fields and honey manggo

Well, I took leave yesterday to settle my FD thingy and have to go back to my hometown to withdraw. What a hassle... Anyway, when we were on our way back, we bought 'Mangga Madu" which are the Boyfriend favourite.. 1 kg for RM5...for me its reasonable but for craving sake, we don't care. Its kinda nice trip but The Boyfriend keep on mumbling on how he'll commit suicide if he ever have to stay in Perlis and complaining on how I drove the car...Men...are just complainers....they think cars are their play toy...Its not something worth to invest on...Drop the topic...I'll get heart attack....

I browsed through Lisa Lee's FB and amazingly shock that she's married...ooo how time flies fast...I still remember when we were in the same class in piano...that was fun...Everyone's getting married or already married, and I wonder when is it my turn...no plans for the time being..

Sometimes, at the back of my mind, marriage is something nice and something forever. I want it simple but meaningful...Wedding by the beach, attended by parents of both side, close friends...my best friends hasto be there...make it private....lavender theme..but it feels like I have tonnes of things I want to do with my life first...It's nice to see, white wedding gown, platinum ring with 1 diamond encrusted on it...It does blew me away...But I asked myself, am I ready for that??...noooooooo....creepy...

Dance fever and the perfect boyfriend, nothing could go better

I'm watching Suntec Dance 2007, Singapore. It was amazing. Very young talents and fresh performance. It reminded me of those time when I used to follow my cousin for her dance practise down in youtPark, Orchard Road. Everyday...It was fun. After practise, we'll head to McDonald, grab a pizza or a fast food outlet which I forgot the name( they served seafood platters, delicious. they have it in KL). Anyway, as I was watching these videos in YouTube, I miss the life in Singapore. Night life with the cousins. Everyone has grown up now. They are no longer the kids that we used to bully...Time flies very fast...

One of them is getting married end of this year...We were extremely close despite of all the arguments we had. We used to bathe together, ran away from home together(there's nothing to do with me, was just eager to do what she does..hahah). Skip that awful story. when we were small, we used to go Sentosa...aarrgghh... a must-place to visit when you're in Singapore. We ate ice-cream and act foolishly. We were kids back then....Its normal...Thats what normal kids do, okay....

Ooo Ya, I remembered, its Long John Silver. Sorry me, I'm very forgetful...

Just had my lunch, a sardine, potato and some clams....what a lunch...Not many choice over here...

I spend some time with The Boyfriend. And for once, i thought..Will I ever get someone like him again??a guy like him never exist on this planet Earth anymore, you know... A guy that sees you picking your nose, scratching your butt, don't mind you wearing pyjama to movie....There was once I dreamt of having the most perfect boyfriend but I never knew I could get one now even though he's not perfect...Hei, no one's perfect,okay....

I had a rough relationship previously. Something I wouldn't want to recall or remember having one. It was a waste of money, time and everything. It haunts me everytime. I want to delete it from my memory, if possible. But I was lucky that I met The Boyfriend in time when I was in those hard times...Never had regrets..
We can forget and put the past behind, if we want to...

'We never know the love of the parent until we become parents ourselves.'

Inspirational Quotes on Mothers Day by: Henry Ward Beecher

Well, I'm back in Penang yesterday. Called up my best friend's boyfriend(Alla has a bf..at last) on plans for Hari Raya Puasa. Well, its like 3 months away and everything has to be well plan. Chit chat a little bit with daddy yesterday. It feels like ages since me, adik and daddy can have a good chat. We giggle, played piano while Dianah pluck her guitar to the song of I Will Be by Leona Lewis and Just A Dream by Carrie Underwood... it was fun since the very last time I played on the piano. Adik is getting better and her piano in June 15th. Wish her best of luck. I remembered when I was like the age of 4, mummy would pick me up from school, piggy back me and walked for miles until we reach my music center. My mum would cook food worry that I might go hungry. She'll stay with until the end of my lesson. To be honest, I lead a very low life when I was small but my parents worked to their bones to give me the best in almost everything. They tried and I can say that they are the people that I should be proud despite of what the family have gone through all these years. It was painful. Daddy struggled so hard to give whatever he can for the family. Being away from the family and not being able to be there on special ocassion is not something that people would want but he sacrifised all that for the sake of his family's comfort. Birthday wishes through the phone calls and cards from the family has been a norm for him.

In his heart, I knew that the only birthday gift that he ever wanted was to be with the family again. Going for breakfast on weekend, family holiday and so on. I never believed when people say, their parent don't care about them. Parents have a very odd ways of showing how much they love you. They are not good in putting it into words but I can bet you, they're good in showing it through actions. Even though they never say' I love you' for as long as you remember living with them, that does not mean they don't care about you. Whenever my parents scolded me back in time, I always though that I might be a foster child but it all change after I moved to Penang for my studies. After being far away from the family, I soon realised that I missed them everyday. When I was still in my hometown, always hoping that I can stay on my own. The advantages of having a father that works in oversea is, you got the chance to travel and it made me think how lucky I am compared to those people who does not even know who their parents are as being away in Foster House since birth. Some begging for food and money just live a day.

We'll never appreciate what we have until we lose it.....

Friendship often ends in love; but love in friendship--never --

Charles Caleb Colton

I'm browsing through Kerry's blog page and it looked colorful. It made me thought of those good old days that I used to have with my besties back in high school...xoxo...I remembered back in Secondary 5...we had extra classes...which is a compulsory thing for SPM candidates...3pm to 5pm...after class, we would have so-called tea in one of the makcik's stall next to my school. Ice-kacang, gado-gado and etc...We'll whack like no one ever notice and go back with full stomach and my mum would nagged coz she cooked but I ate out...hahah
Life was endlesless for me and the rest................
Then, after Secondary 5, everyone chose our own way. Some got married(with 2 kids now!), some still studying, some dunno what, some planned to get married by this year and some got engaged...Anyway, we still meet each other like, once a year. during Hari Raya Puasa. We'll plan 2 months ahead on how to organise the reunion and when the day comes, we'll talk for hours, updating each other and best of all gossiping...hahahha...Tha's what most girls do...

This is a sneak pic of part of the family pic when my family was on the way to Kuala Trengganu for Chinese New Year. Not many pics to upload..Sorry

Anyway, will be updating tommorow as I'll be back in office....Talking about work...Damn...why can't I be a student for the rest of my life???...

Quote for today

'You cannot dream yourself into a character: you must hammer and forge yourself into one.'

Henry D. Thoreau

Well, I called my bestfriend, Alla yesterday(she's in KL and I miss her) and we were talking on the phone like no one's business. We were talking about my boyfriend, old school mates, how we used to crank the school and not to forget teachers, Teacher Norlida..haha...After putting down the phone, I thought of Nasreen, haha, the only student all the way from KL. We used to hang out at her house, thrashing her room, lepak in town with the rest of the girls( what do you expect to have in Perlis or I won't be in Penang...dowh). It was way back in Secondary 3...I guess. She'll write letters to me with different colors of ink and I'll reply back to her and so on. It never end..FYI, her class is just down stairs...And not to mention that she's the one who first created an email account under hotmail ( hotmail was an-in that time)for me..I still remember the account, adleenaluvvy84@hotmail.com...

Then, the both of us will be hanging out in cyber cafe(can't remember what its called). And there where she met her 'cinta monyet' boyfriend. I can't remember his name actually or how he looked like.Nevermind. We'll be gossiping in school. My Add Maths teacher will be teaching in class and I'll be sleeping. And when she noticed, she'll asked me to figure out answers for her question and as usual I'll looked damn blur...So shamed..

Skip the story, puasa is like 3 months more. I can't wait to get my hands on 'duit raya'. Normally, if my uncle or aunt ask me whether I'm still studying or working,I'll say...'Takdelah, baru je abis belajar'. Maut punyer answer. Tipu sunat je...hahah. But they believe that. For years I've been giving that answer.Nevermind.

Today is the last day of the week and I'm very looking forward to it. I've been counting days to the weekend since Monday. Hei, its normal ok to do that. Evryone does that...Who would want to work 7 days a week. That's crazy unless you're superhuman or something. I ate KFC for lunch.Lame.I know but why not if you have a RM20 free coupons...Take advantage of it. Thats what I like working in Intel..Hahahah. Anyway, I'll be watching Terminator later tonite at 9.40pm. Hope its good and worth queueing up for hours last few days which ended me and The Boyfriend having dinner in A&W....which supposedly having sandwich at home. The Boyfriend is on strict diet....No shame to tell.

Yesterday's dinner is today's hunger...

Yesterday, went for dinner at A&W, Gurney Plaza. Its wasn't a plan to go for dinner outside at the first place. We were supposed to buy movie ticket for Terminator Salvation only but as usual we routed our journey to where we wasn't supposed to go... I planned to make sandwich for dinner. 3 stack sandwich with beef burger and chicken slice, mayonnaise and chilli sauce but....you know.

This picture was taken when I was in the loo. My boyfriend is queueing up to buy food. I had a sudden stomachache. So invested in waste management. Its in Gurney Plaza new wing toilet. Malaysia toilets are known to be dirty, filthy, stinks but this one, for me, I can only sit like 15 minutes, max...they're still not up to the hygiene standard.Lightings are nice for this pic.I think.I wrote some 'late' resolution for 2009.I know, I know.Should write it earlier. Well, you know, when money problem comes into the scene, that is when my resolution starts...

  1. Cut down on my shopping.
  2. Cut down on unecessary spending
  3. Cut down on junk food
  4. Save aside some $ for my old age(i'm not getting younger)
  5. What else ar,hhmm...ooo...pay off my study loan asap...like 30 grant?...hugeeee amount..(or else I'll be paying that for the rest of my life)

But, like I said, hard to curb the 1st resolution if have such a generous boyfriend, but, I'll have to do it or else my boyfriend would have to be friend with those 'ah kua' at Lorong Garu.

Quote of The Day

'Fate, is an excuse for why we end up where we do! Our 'Actions' predetermine our Destiny, our 'Reactions' seal that fate!'

pizza for lunch and dirty job??

Hhmm...its lunch time and I'm waiting for everyone to get out of the office, if possibly for good. Its just so plain looking at them thinking that they're the greatest engineers. So sick....I had Domino's leftover pizza for lunch that I bought yesterday after work.I know...sounds pathetic...but still taste nice....Well, you know the taste of leftover food..

Pardon me as my camera in in the 'hospital' for repair...I'm using my hp currently for the pics...Be grateful...

I'm currently watching The OC season 3.Going to level 3 later on to check on all the cubes..I mean one by one. This is ridiculous. 'She' should have told me this earlier instead of asking me to go for the 2nd time. Sitting at her chair, staring at the computer( so call busy ) and doing nothing. She'll only carry her butt up if she needed to go to the toilet or pantry. Damn lame....

It so nice if you could have someone to do your dirty job.Well, basically thats what the green badge in Intel does. Cleaning the permanent employee's s***...

i feel blackish today

Walked into the office today feeling soooo down and demotivated due to doing the same thing. Boring...I viewed Ryan's facebook and he seems happy. Not like he used to when we were still working in CF. Good for him and the weirdest things is 'He's engaged'. His fiancee is cute though. He's lucky and I'm jealous...hahahaha.. I added a few of people that I know in CF. They don't change much but I think I do.I guess so.

Talked to my guy yesterday about not being able to buy him PS2 due to my shopping fetish previously and I wrote down a few things in my organizer which hopefully I can fulfill. It's hard you know to cut down on shopping especially if you have such a generous boyfriend. Too bad on that. Without I realise, its going to be 2 months since I joined Intel and honestly, working here is fun. You do your own thing( How do you possibly think I could be blogging at this time, 10.45am?). But yet I don't have friends at all over here. My companion is just my deskstop and a few notebooks to scribble.
I can't get my mind off the blog that I mentioned yesterday. I opening my closet yesterday night and how pathetic it was...sad...Its been months since I last shop...too bad...I feel like I have $ when I was a student compare to now...Weird isn't it???

This is what I wear normally wear to work but today, it feels black...

My First One

Well, this is my first post as a blogger but I don't consider myself as a serious blogger. At the moment, wanting to blog about everything is in me after I read Hot Chocolate and Mint blog. It is interesting, not to mention the content. You won't feel bored at all. Anyway, I'm sitting at my cube reading other people's blog. During working hours.I know, I know its an offense. But, what the hack. Everybody does that.

Well, this is how my table looks like. The spce is bigger that you see actually but I only managed to take 1/4 of it. Trying to avoid from being spotted by my colleague. Or else they'll be...'What the hack??' with their nerd faces.
